Become a vital part of the care team as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist in Atlanta, GA. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images for patient care in a hospital setting. This role requires attention to safety, patient positioning, and image quality while collaborating with multidisciplinary clinical teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years recent CT technologist experience in the specialty.
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited radiography/CT program or equivalent.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography with CT certification preferred or required per client.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Experience performing contrast administration and advanced CT protocols.
• Experience working in a hospital imaging environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience at a high-volume hospital or specialty imaging center.
• Familiarity with PACS and DICOM workflows.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1700.
• Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
• Schedule note: 0830a-5p schedule indicated in order notes.

As a CT technologist on assignment you will support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning by producing high-quality CT imaging. You will collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other clinicians to ensure timely studies, adhere to radiation safety standards, and contribute to positive patient experiences.
