Join a traveling Physical Therapist assignment in Clarksville, TN, outpatient setting where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. This role evaluates patients, develops and implements treatment plans, documents care, provides patient and student education, and participates in performance improvement and safety initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Tennessee physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy required.
• Ability to complete thorough evaluations, write functional goals, and document in compliance with clinic, state, and federal guidelines.
• Experience supervising and providing direction to students or support staff preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel or float experience preferred. Candidate may be required to float to nearby locations, including Springfield.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development and participation in performance improvement initiatives preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift pattern: 5x8.
• Position may require floating to nearby clinics, including Springfield.
