Key Responsibilities:

• Perform residential service plumbing calls and provide exceptional customer experiences
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
• Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, piping, water heaters, tankless water heaters, pumps, and other plumbing equipment
• Identify plumbing issues and recommend the best solution for the homeowner
• Present repair and replacement options and sell plumbing work when appropriate
• Generate revenue through completed service tickets while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship
• Accurately document completed work, recommendations, materials, and customer interactions
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and service vehicle
• Follow all company safety procedures, plumbing codes, and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, management, and other team members
• Collaborate with our Water Treatment Division and other departments to identify opportunities to better serve our customers
• Help mentor and develop less-experienced plumbers and technicians
• Represent CGC Home Services professionally in the community and inside customers' homes

Performance-Based Compensation:
Commission-Only Pay Structure

We believe our top-performing plumbers should have the opportunity to earn what they're worth.

This position operates on a performance-based, commission-only compensation structure . Your earning potential is directly tied to the work you complete, the value you provide to our customers, and the revenue you generate.

• Earn up to 20% of the collected revenue on completed service tickets
• Commission is based on collected ticket revenue , not simply the amount sold
• The more you produce, the more you earn-there is no traditional hourly or salary cap on your earning potential
• Compensation rewards productivity, quality workmanship, customer service, and the ability to successfully identify and complete plumbing solutions
• Plumbers are expected to take ownership of their performance and actively manage their personal production and results

$5,000 Retention Bonus

We invest in people who commit to growing with us.

Qualified new hires are eligible for a $5,000 retention bonus , paid according to the following schedule:

• First Pay Period: $1,000
• 30 Days: $1,000
• 90 Days: $1,000
• 120 Days: $1,000
• 180 Days: $1,000

Total Retention Bonus: $5,000

Retention bonus eligibility, commission rates, payment timing, and all applicable terms are subject to company policy and the applicable compensation agreement.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:

• Journeyman Plumber license or applicable state/local credentials
• Proven experience in residential service plumbing
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and troubleshooting
• Experience installing and servicing tankless water heaters
• Experience with water heaters, sump pumps, toilets, faucets, valves, drains, piping, and other residential plumbing systems
• Ability to accurately diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a high-performing team
• Clean driving record
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
