This role is ideal for individuals dedicated to improving others' quality of life through personalized care and attentive assistance.BenefitsCompetitive pay of $50-$55 per hour, paid bi-weekly.Flexible scheduling opportunities.Supportive team environment focused on quality care.Perfect role for someone working full-time who wants to add a part-time role.The RN Supervisor coordinates clinical care by assessing client needs, developing individualized care plans, and supervising direct care staff to ensure high-quality home service delivery and regulatory compliance.Core ResponsibilitiesClinical Assessments: Conduct and document comprehensive physical, psychosocial, and environmental assessments. Collaborate with physicians to develop and update care plans.Supervision & Compliance: Oversee MF/MC, CNA, PCA, and Companion providers. Conduct on-site supervisory visits every 92 days (CNA/PCA) or 122 days (Companion).Staff Oversight: Perform annual competency evaluations for field staff. Ensure adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and health screenings (e.g., TB/Hepatitis clearance).Care Coordination: Act as a clinical liaison for families and providers; manage referrals, provide client/caregiver education, and interpret agency policies for the community.Quality Assurance: Maintain accurate service records, attend mandatory staff meetings, and uphold agency standards for training and safety.Minimum QualificationsLicensure: Current, unrestricted State RN license and CPR certification.Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Experience: 2+ years of home health or nursing home experience within the last 5 years.Logistics: Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.Compliance: Ability to meet bonding criteria and pass annual TB screenings.Skills: Strong verbal/written communication; 5-year verifiable employment history.Preferred Qualifications2+ years of home care experience with extensive assessment skills.Familiarity with Joint Commission standards.ACLS certification.Keys to SuccessCommunication: Proficiency in English (written/verbal) to direct staff and counsel families.Clinical Accuracy: Sensory capacity sufficient to accurately assess, record, and respond to clinical data.Professionalism: Proven ability to manage caseloads effectively within agency resources.
