Position Overview We are actively seeking a Coordinator to join our Tiffany & Co. North America Client Relations team. Tiffany & Co. wasfounded in New York City in 1837 by Charles Lewis Tiffany, and is a global luxury jeweler synonymous with elegance, innovative design, fine craftsmanship and creative excellence. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, creative coordinator to join our Client Relations team as an integral member in supporting all National and Regional initiatives in North America. The Coordinator, Client Relations must be able to think strategically while also being hands-on in overseeing the day-to-day execution of the agreed upon strategy with a focus on clients, people and brand desirability. They will be open and approachable and will work with both the central team and the local teams in a transparent, united and mutually supportive manner. Key Accountabilities Assist in the facilitation and development of programs, strategies, and service support related to Events Assist Director of Client Development and department with scheduling, expense reports, and special projects Manage and distribute Southwest Events calendar Work closely with outside vendors and continuously research new vendors, ideas, and trends within the industry Billing for client activations and overseeing event budgets to efficiently track spending, by event, while identifying risks and opportunities Contribute to major event recaps, as well as event calendars and timelines Cross-functional partnerships to create 360 support plans to ensure that all corresponding logistics are running smoothly from the planning stages to on-site at the event, itself Provide support to the local North America retail teams through communicating global directives, event element guidelines, idea generation, guidance on event plans, budget, and branding Compile and prepare strategy decks Provide retail teams creative and logistical support for store events Qualifications Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) Detail-oriented, organized, excellent interpersonal skills Outstanding written and verbal communications skills Passion and creativity for client relationship building Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and multi-task The hiring range for this position ranges from $30.43/hour-$41.17/hour.
