Hospice Community Outreach Lead - Field-Based Travel
Three Oaks Hospice
Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a passionate Community Liaison to promote our hospice program and services. The successful candidate will build relationships with healthcare professionals and drive patient referrals within the community. This role requires effective communication, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and one year of sales/marketing experience in healthcare, preferably in hospice.
