Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at a high-volume nightclub. The ideal candidate will have specialized knowledge of cocktail styles and cultural drinks, providing exceptional casual and conversational customer service. This role requires flexibility to work late-night and weekend shifts in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of drinks accurately and efficiently
Deliver engaging and friendly customer service
Manage bar inventory and restock as needed
Handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Take and process customer orders promptly
Interact casually and conversationally with patrons

Required Qualifications

Responsible Beverage Service Certification
Alcohol Server Permit

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of bartending experience
Strong customer service skills
Experience with cash handling
Inventory management capabilities
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting
Good time management skills
