As a Dishwasher, you'll play an essential role in creating a safe, welcoming dining experience for our residents. Your work helps ensure every meal is served in a clean, sanitary environment while supporting the kitchen team behind the scenes. What You Will do: As a Dishwasher, you will: Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently Keep the kitchen, dish room, and work areas clean and organized Remove trash and recycling after each meal Clean and dry dishwashing equipment and floors at the end of each shift Follow food safety and sanitation standards Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work Work closely with kitchen staff to support daily dining operations Assist with food preparation, stocking supplies, inventory, and deliveries as needed What We are Looking For: We're looking for someone who: Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Takes pride in cleanliness and organization Works well as part of a team Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Can communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, and speaking) Is familiar with basic kitchen equipment, including commercial dishwashers and food service appliances Preferred Qualifications Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is helpful, but we're happy to train the right person.
