Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PRN) to join our dynamic rehab team at Dayspings of Wallace & The Gardens of Rose Hill, a dynamic and innovative senior living community located in Wallace & Rose Hill, NC!

Setting: Senior Living

Schedule: Mon-Fri, no holidays, no weekends!

Rate: 50-55/hr

Qualifications

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

Licenses and Certifications: Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration. Current valid CPR certification, preferred.

Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Experience: 0-1 years.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
