• 5+ years of experience managing/negotiating contracts
• Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms and conditions
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks governing US Government contracts
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into contract terms
• Proven experience working with US Government contracts flowdowns and subcontracting structures

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts involving US Government requirements and standards
• Interpret and apply regulatory requirements relevant to US Government contracting
• Identify and implement required flowdown provisions in supply agreements
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance obligations and contractual risk
• Support business teams in structuring and executing compliant contracting strategies
