POSITION:

Senior Engineer (ME)

They are seeking to add a Senior Engineer to their team.

WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU

· $68,000 - $85,000

· 9% Bonus Potential

· Paid Vacation

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

· Report to the Director of Manufacturing.

· Oversee a staff of 10 made up of technicians and interns.

· Evaluate the manufacturing processes to troubleshoot issues and make improvements.

· Assist with new product development.

· Evaluate, oversee installment and train employees on new equipment.

· Assist with other programs and projects.

BACKGROUND PROFILE

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering field or equivalent experience.

· 2+ years related experience.

De Lean Manufacturing Experience.

· Tooling Experience

· Excellent Communication Skills.
