Role Summary Title: Occupational Therapist Location / Work environment: in‑facility Reporting structure: reporting to Director of Rehab Responsibilities As an Occupational Therapist, you help patients get well. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy. You design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence. You adapt to patients’ needs, collaborate with peers, refer for additional care, and train patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards. Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
