Apex Collective | Albuquerque, NM | Full-Time | In-Person
Outgoing, motivated, and good with people?Apex Collective is looking for a Sales & Customer Account Representative to join our Albuquerque team. If you enjoy meeting new people, working toward goals, and learning new skills, this could be a great place to start.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid initial training, hands-on experience, and ongoing coaching to help you learn the role.
This is an in-person B2B sales position working face-to-face with local small and medium-sized businesses.
What You'll Do
- Meet with local business owners and decision-makers
- Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate telecommunications solutions
- Explain products and services clearly and professionally
- Assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process
- Build and maintain professional customer relationships
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
What We're Looking For

- Goal-oriented and motivated
- Willingness to learn and receive coaching
- Comfortable meeting new people
- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
Pay & Training
- Paid initial training
- 100% commission-based compensation after training
- First-year sales representatives typically earn $800–$1,200 per week based on individual sales performance
- Uncapped commission potential
- Weekly pay
- Ongoing training and professional development
