• Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures
• Perform service calls, maintenance, and plumbing upgrades
• Install water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and other plumbing equipment
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and company quality standards
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain recommended solutions
• Maintain accurate job documentation and service records
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and work areas clean and organized
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every visit

• Required 5+years of plumbing experience (new construction)
• Residential plumbing experience required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and installation techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards
