Assistant Director of Therapy (ADOT) Local Traveler | SNF Leadership Opportunity

Rivetus Rehab is seeking an Assistant Director of Therapy (ADOT) to support our skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) within a 30-mile radius of your home. This is a local traveler leadership role designed for clinicians who are ready to expand their impact beyond patient care. An ADOT partners with the Director of Therapy to help lead the rehab team. This role blends clinical excellence with leadership responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapist OR Occupational Therapist program.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing or Post-Acute Rehabilitation Facility.
• Ability to exercise mature judgment and initiative in analyzing problems and recommending solutions to provide effective rehabilitation services.
• Valid Driver's License.
