Overview
Speech Language Pathologist — Travel assignment in Monroe Township, New Jersey. Start date 06/15/2026 for 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 35 per week. Weekly pay range: $2,284 to $2,332. Shift: 08:00–16:30, 5x8 Days. Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility / LTC - Nursing Home. Will also support an on-campus assisted living facility as needed.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language pathology evaluations and assessments for residents within the facility.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing communication, cognition, and swallowing needs.
- Provide direct therapy to residents (one-on-one and small groups) and document progress, adjusting plans as needed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident goals, discharge planning, and family education.
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes in the electronic health record per policy.
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on strategies to support communication, voice, and safe swallowing.

Requirements
- Active license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in New Jersey or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent) from an accredited program.
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility/geriatric rehabilitation environment; strong communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in SNF or geriatric rehabilitation settings preferred.
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment and work the listed shift schedule.
