Urgent Care Provider

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Urgent Care Provider for our transition unit. This role requires prior experience in an Emergency Room setting to ensure high-quality patient care and effective workflow management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in an urgent care environment.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Stay current with evidence-based practices and protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in an Emergency Room setting.
• Valid medical license and certifications as required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

This position is for the shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, requiring adaptability and a focus on patient-centered care during evening hours.
