Job Details Position: Registered Nurse – PACU/Recovery Location: FMC Main Campus – Lancaster, OH 43130 Type: Full Time (0.90 Travel %) Shift: Day Pay Rate: $33.50–$49.60 hourly Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise individual patient care using the nursing process. Accept responsibility for direction of co‑workers and delegate role‑appropriate tasks in the implementation of care. Provide quality nursing care based on a family‑centered approach. Provide education for the patient and family/significant other from admission through discharge. Document the nursing process thoroughly, concisely, accurately and legibly. Collaborate closely with physicians and other team members to address patient/family concerns and ensure a smooth transition of care. Administer medications and perform treatments accurately and safely. Ensure clinic processes and workflows comply with FMC policies and procedures. Ensure equipment and supplies are readily available for patient care, reporting malfunctions to the proper department. Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Valid Ohio nursing license. CPR certification required. Previous nursing experience preferred. Must be able to exert 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or 25 to 50 pounds frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds constantly to move objects.
