This opportunity is focused on sophisticated intellectual property disputes, with an emphasis on patent and trade secret litigation for clients in innovation driven industries including technology and life sciences. The Opportunity You will support and lead key workstreams across active matters, including legal research and analysis, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, coordinating with technical experts, and contributing to strategy and client communication. Prior courtroom exposure is valued, but the role is suitable for associates looking to deepen trial adjacent experience within a partner led team.
