Job Responsibilities & Criteria The purpose of the QMHP-CS Field Supervisor position is to provide leadership, direction, and guidance to a team of up to (15) QMHP-CS staff members. The Field Supervisor works closely with the Program Director to ensure the team is providing high-quality services, maintaining compliance, and receiving the support and resources necessary for success. This is a W-2 position that includes benefits, vacation time, and PTO. In addition to all QMHP-CS responsibilities, the Field Supervisor is expected to: Maintain a client caseload Conduct mandatory biweekly Wednesday team meetings. Review QMHP-CS documentation for quality and compliance. Review and approve or deny submitted notes daily by 12:00 p.m. Train and onboard new QMHP-CS staff. Conduct field shadowing and coaching with QMHP-CS team members. Hold regular one-on-one supervision meetings with QMHP-CS staff. Maintain regular office presence as needed to support staff, operations, meetings, training, and administrative responsibilities while balancing client service demands. Coordinate directly with the Program Director regarding program operations and staff performance. Submit a weekly QMHP-CS team update report to the Program Director. Attend leadership meetings twice per month. Participate in biweekly supervision meetings with the assigned clinician. Education and Experience Requirements A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major (or equivalent coursework) in a human services field such as: Psychology Social Work Counseling Sociology Human Growth and Development Previous Supervisory skills or experience At least 2–5 years of experience providing mental health services.
