In-Home Caregiver

Pay: $16.00–$17.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities
Work Location: Clients’ homes throughout Lake Norman, Cornelius, Huntersville, Charlotte, and surrounding areas

Right at Home Lake Norman/Charlotte is hiring compassionate and dependable In-Home Caregiver to help seniors and individuals with disabilities live safely and independently in their homes.

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal-care needs

• Support clients with mobility and activities of daily living

• Prepare meals according to clients’ needs and preferences

• Perform light housekeeping related to client care

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with errands and transportation, as required

• Provide medication reminders

• Follow each client’s individualized care plan

• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition

• Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

• Previous PCA, CNA, or In-home caregiving experience is preferred but not required

• Dependable, compassionate, patient, and professional

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance

• Ability to travel to clients’ homes within the assigned service area

• Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Ability to successfully complete all applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check and drug screening

Employment offers are contingent upon successfully completing all required pre-employment screenings and providing documentation establishing identity and authorization to work in the United States.
