This isn't a 9-to-5, but it isn't entirely build-your-own either. You'll work within a set weekly structure while shaping your schedule around when homeowners are available and when you perform at your best. Evenings and weekends are part of the role.

The role is fast, competitive and demanding. Mornings, evenings and weekends are part of the cadence because that's when homeowners are available. You'll sit at kitchen tables, earn trust in a single conversation, and guide people through one of the biggest investments they'll make in their home. We bring the window and door training, the products and the support. You bring the fire.

What You'll Actually Do

• Dig into what homeowners really want and diagnose it faster and better than anyone else would.
• Ask the sharp questions most people are too timid to ask, then design beautiful door and window solutions they love!
• Own the conversation. Inquire, listen, educate, persuade, and earn the yes on the spot.
• Run a real schedule; two morning, two evening, two weekend and four elective capacity slots a week. Do it well and the downtime is yours; you earned it!
• Hold yourself accountable to the number. Nobody has to chase you.
• Get better every week; product knowledge, sales craft, and yourself.

Qualifications

• Formal industry experience is not required. Drive is.
• A track record of outperforming; sales, hospitality, retail, athletics, the military, anywhere results were measured and you won.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• The ability to lift and carry ~ 40 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
