Your work directly supports officers in the field, assists citizens during critical moments, and ensures records and reports are handled with precision and confidentiality. What You’ll Do Assist the public and department personnel in person and over the phone Prepare, review, and process police reports and official documentation Manage, maintain, and organize sensitive police records and files Utilize department databases and computer systems for data entry, information retrieval, and tracking Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of criminal justice and departmental information Provide professional customer service during routine and high‑pressure situations Shift Schedule Sunday‑Thursday or Tuesday‑Saturday 1st Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. ($1.00 /hr shift differential) 3rd Shift: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. ($1.50 /hr shift differential) Applicants must be available for any shift; there is no exception or guarantee of shift assignment. Must be able to work any assigned shift with varying days off.
