UPMC Western Behavioral Health’s Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI) program is looking for a compassionate Behavioral Health Worker I to join our team!
At EIBI, we take pride in delivering high quality ABA treatment to very young children who have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). In this role, you will join a highly supportive team who deliver evidence-based interventions to children and adolescents experiencing significant behavioral health challenges throughout Allegheny County. You will help them build skills, manage crises, and remain successful in their communities. Travel time between appointments is considered paid work time, and mileage reimbursement is provided. Beyond direct service delivery, you'll have dedicated time for documentation, supervision, staff meetings, and team collaboration within a structured 40-hour workweek. You'll be supported by a skilled and collaborative team that values professional growth, individualized care, and a shared commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of the families we serve.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with young children and making a meaningful impact in their lives. Experience with IBSH, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), or autism services is preferred.
