Role Description We are expanding our team of elite In-Home Sales Consultants (Project Consultants) to support our rapid growth in the Memphis and Nashville metro areas. This is not an entry-level sales position, and we are not looking for average. We are seeking proven, high-caliber sales professionals who are competitive, coachable, driven, and deeply committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will meet with homeowners, diagnose structural and waterproofing issues, and present custom engineered solutions. Requirements & Qualifications A proven track record of success in residential sales, in-home consultations, or high-ticket relationship sales. Must be highly coachable and committed to a structured, consultative sales process.
