Cooper’s Plumbing & Air is looking for a highly organized, energetic Dispatcher to coordinate our team, keep schedules on track, and deliver exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Keep Teams Moving: Dispatch HVAC installation crews and manage daily schedules for maximum efficiency.

• Solve Problems: Handle scheduling changes, unexpected challenges, and customer concerns.

• Support Technicians: Communicate job details, track progress, and match teams to jobs based on their strengths and qualifications.

• Deliver Great Service: Answer customer questions, provide updates, and ensure a positive experience.

• Drive Results: Maintain accurate records, meet daily performance goals, and help maximize productivity and revenue.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent organization and multitasking skills.

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

• Quick thinker who stays calm under pressure.

• Goal-driven, dependable, and eager to learn.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems.

• HVAC or dispatching experience is a plus, but not required!
