About the Company Allmand is a Generac Company that has been delivering reliable light, heat, power, and air products for more than 85 years to the rental, construction, special event, mining, and oil and gas markets. Responsibilities Comply with company and site safety rules. Operate all equipment safely and effectively to perform job functions. Provide flexibility across different products and areas to support business needs. Provide training to new employees or those learning new work areas on work instructions and standard work. Follow established procedures, processes, and policies. Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to accurately execute welding tasks. Assist with robotic welder operations. Perform intermediate MIG (GMAW) and Stick (SMAW) welding. Troubleshoot and resolve welding‑related issues efficiently. Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools proficiently. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent certification. 1 year of experience in a production welding environment and successful completion of an internal weld test. Basic welding experience and training. Knowledge of MIG welding equipment. Understanding of welding fundamentals. Ability to follow direction and work in a team environment. Working toward apprenticeship or certification. Manufacturing experience, including knowledge of manufacturing processes. Crane certification (if applicable).
