Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Full Job Description

Team360 Staffing is hiring an experienced CNC Set Machinist in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for a skilled machinist who's confident setting up CNC equipment, proving out programs, and supporting production teams on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines, tooling, fixtures, and offsets
• Verify and prove out CNC programs
• Inspect first-piece parts and make adjustments as needed
• Support production machinists and troubleshoot issues
• Read blueprints and GD&T, and use precision measuring tools

Requirements

• 5+ years of CNC setup experience
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
• Experience with CNC controls, tooling, and precision inspection
• AS9100 experience is a plus
• Composite toe boots/shoes (steel toe not required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent
