About the Role:

As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients, including:

• Direct Patient Care: Administering medications, vital signs, and wound care, as well as assisting with daily living activities and personal care services.

• Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with other healthcare professionals to promote effective communication, coordination, and continuity of care.

• Documentation: Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.

• Safety and Quality: Participating in quality improvement initiatives and adhering to safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.

Requirements:

• LPN Registration: Current LPN licensure in the state of Arizona

• Compassionate and Skilled: Proven experience and skills in providing patient care and medical assistance
