Legion Group is hiring a working Civil / Concrete Foreman to lead crews on commercial projects across multiple states.

This is not a clipboard-only role—we’re looking for someone who can run a crew, stay ahead of schedule, and jump in when needed.

If you’ve actually led pours, handled layouts, and kept jobs moving without babysitting, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Run day-to-day field operations and manage crews
• Read plans, perform layout, and plan work ahead
• Lead forming, pours, and finishing operations
• Operate equipment as needed (skid steer, mini-ex, etc.)
• Keep jobs on schedule and production moving
• Coordinate with PMs and other trades
• Enforce safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a concrete/civil foreman (not just a lead guy)
• Strong leadership—guys listen when you talk
• Hands-on experience with forming, pouring, and finishing
• Ability to read plans and run layout without help
• Comfortable operating equipment when needed
• Willing to travel for out-of-state work
• Valid driver’s license
