Director of Incident Management Products

Leading the strategy and execution for incident management products, the full-time Director of Incident Management Products will define product roadmaps, integrate analytics into workflows, and manage a small team while working remotely. Key responsibilities Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for fiResponse, Tactical Analyst, and related incident management capabilities Lead the integration of weather and fire behavior analytics into incident management workflows for field commanders and dispatch centers Manage and mentor a team of 1-2 Product Managers, ensuring high standards for product execution and fostering their professional growth Required qualifications 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing product teams Direct experience in incident management operations, including fire agencies and emergency dispatch environments Strong understanding of Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems and their integration with tactical tools Proven track record of building products for mission-critical, time-sensitive operational environments Deep experience translating complex data into intuitive interfaces for non-technical users under pressure
