Lead Automotive Technician / Master Technician

Precision Tune Auto Care — Warner Robins, GA / Russell Parkway
$32–$40/hr guaranteed starting pay, based on ability
$1,500+ weekly gross earning potential for the right A-player

Precision Tune Auto Care on  Russell Parkway in Warner Robins, GA is hiring a true  Lead Automotive Technician / Master Technician .

This is not entry-level. This is not an internship. This is not a position for someone who needs to be pushed every day.

We are looking for a serious A-player — a technician who knows the craft, takes pride in the work, can diagnose properly, and can help keep vehicles moving through the shop the right way.

We are offering $32–$40 per hour guaranteed starting pay , based on proven ability. For the right technician, this is a real opportunity to earn $1,500+ per week before taxes in a busy shop with real growth potential.

If you are hired as our Lead Automotive Technician, complete your first 90 days in good standing, follow our shop process, maintain quality work, show up consistently, and do not average at least $1,500 per full scheduled work week in gross earnings before taxes , we will pay you a $1,000 A-Player Performance Bonus .

What You Will Work On

This position requires real automotive repair experience, including:

• Check engine lights
• Drivability diagnostics
• Electrical testing and diagnosis
• A/C diagnostics and repair
• Brake repairs
• Suspension and steering repairs
• Cooling system repairs
• Engine performance concerns
• Fluid leaks
• Warranty company inspections and repairs
• Quality control
• Helping develop younger technicians when needed

Requirements

• Previous experience as an A-level, lead, or master automotive technician

Fine Print / Bonus Eligibility

The 90-Day A-Player Income Challenge is a one-time performance bonus opportunity. Eligibility requires completion of 90 days of employment in good standing, full-time availability, proper attendance, compliance with shop procedures, quality workmanship, proper documentation, no major avoidable comeback pattern, and management approval. Gross weekly earnings are calculated before taxes and based only on full scheduled work weeks completed. Partial weeks, missed time, unpaid time off, disciplinary periods, and failure to follow process may disqualify the bonus.
