What You'll Do

• Assist customers with questions about their policies and coverage options.
• Help generate insurance quotes and follow up with customers.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and day-to-day office support.
• Learn about multiple insurance products and how they meet customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to better serve customers and support the agency's growth.
• Work alongside an experienced team while developing your insurance knowledge and sales skills.
