IT Support Engineer

Please find the scope of work mentioned below.

• Perform all Band 1 work

• Diagnose and repair common desktop and laptop faults

• Replace RAM, storage drives, batteries, power supplies, and similar components

• Reinstall and configure operating systems

• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, email, VPN, and collaboration applications

• Manage users, groups, permissions, and shared folders within authorization

• Troubleshoot network connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and IP-address issues

• Configure switches, wireless access points, and network printers using approved settings

• Deploy computers through imaging or device-management systems

• Manage software installation, patching, and endpoint policies

• Perform approved backup and file-restoration tasks

• Investigate recurring incidents and document solutions

• Support video-conferencing and meeting-room equipment

• Maintain technical documentation and inventory

• Guide Band 1 technicians and review escalated tickets

• Coordinate warranty repairs and equipment replacements
