Head of Implementation

Driving implementation excellence across the organization, the full-time Head of Implementation will manage global strategies and execution models for client engagements, ensuring scalable delivery frameworks and operational governance in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Own the global implementation strategy and oversee the end-to-end implementation lifecycle Develop and execute supplier engagement strategies and manage supplier relationship governance Lead cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Operations, Legal, and Delivery teams to ensure operational viability Required Qualifications: 12+ years of leadership experience in implementation, program/project delivery, or related disciplines Proven success in leading global, cross-functional teams delivering complex client programs Expertise in designing and scaling implementation operating models that integrate various business functions Strong proficiency with enterprise tools and platforms such as CRM and project management software Experience in supplier lifecycle management and strategic partner ecosystems
