Support our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults. Responsibilities Provide dental services to patients with the support of the team. Utilize DentaPro software, digital X‑ray and Panorex units, and fiber‑optic handpieces. Complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Maintain a team ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider. Serve a patient base primarily ages 3‑21, with up to 30% adults depending on location. Manage office flow averaging 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients per day. Navigating state insurance plans, PPO, and out‑of‑network payor mix. Qualifications DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation. Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where care is provided or eligible for licensure. Other required certifications (e.g., CPR, DEA). Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA). Compassion and strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults. We value teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation.
