Pay: $23.00 per hour + overtime after 40 hours
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Optional Saturdays

TransForce is seeking experienced CDL A Drivers for a full-time, year-round opportunity in Phoenix, AZ!

This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity with the goal of transitioning qualified drivers to full-time employment with the customer once conversion requirements are met.

Position Details

Monday through Friday schedule
Optional Saturday shifts available
10–12 hour shifts
Varied early morning start times, typically between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM
$23.00 per hour
Overtime paid after 40 hours
Year-round work
Primarily local deliveries throughout the Phoenix Valley

Equipment & Freight

May operate Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed equipment
Freight may include:
- Wine and beer
- Costco freight
- Paper products
- General freight
Approximately 95% drop-and-hook
Some loading, unloading, or light labor may be required
Strong backing skills are required for certain deliveries

Driver Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 6 months of CDL A driving experience
1 year of experience preferred
Strong backing skills
Ability to navigate throughout the Phoenix Valley
Stable work history
Clean or acceptable MVR
Ability to perform occasional loading/unloading when required
