Civil Project Manager - Bridgeport WVA Bridgeport, West Virginia area civil engineering firm seeks to hire a Civil Project Manager who specializes in Land Development to lead projects from concept to completion.ResponsibilitiesOversee the development of construction plans, permitting documents, grade line design, alignments, storm water management, and environmental controls.Perform and review complex design calculations to ensure all submittals meet local, state, and client engineering standards.Prepare detailed project cost estimates, support clients through the bidding process, and oversee construction administration.Collaborate with field inspection personnel and evaluate daily reports to guarantee work adheres to design intent.Direct end-to-end project execution, including client communications, project budgeting, and internal cross-functional team coordination.Guide, train, and support the professional development of junior engineers and technical staff.Engage in business development efforts, client meetings, proposal preparation, RFQ/RFP submissions, and strategic division planning.RequirementsBachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution (or related engineering degree with strong, direct experience).Professional Engineer (PE) license required.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Land Development civil engineering design and project delivery preferred.Strong proficiency in land grading, drainage/storm water design, client management, and site layout planning.BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)409(k) Retirement Plan with Company MatchPaid Vacation, Paid HolidaysPaid Continuing Education and Professional Registration
