Learn more about life at Pax8 on pax8.com and explore how we're shaping the future of cloud commerce through innovation and partnership. ️ What You'll Be Doing * Execute established operational workflows that support TSD programs and partner motions * Manage intake, tracking, and follow-through on operational requests * Maintain accurate trackers, records, and basic operational reporting * Support documentation of current workflows and process steps * Learn and use new tools, including AI-enabled platforms, with guidance * Assist with testing and adoption of new processes when introduced * Act as a reliable operational support partner for the wider TSD team Your Impact Your work will directly support the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of the TSD team.
