Termite Technician

Overview We are hiring a Termite Service Professional at McCall Pest & Wildlife. Starting Hourly Pay $18-$22 . Responsibilities Building Relationships: Create lifelong connections with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Managing Your Own Termite Service Route: Handle day‑to‑day operations; perform preconstruction and post‑construction treatments; solve customer account issues; communicate regularly; partner with internal teams; apply appropriate products according to label standards. Safety First: Maintain a strong safety mindset, especially when handling equipment and operating the company vehicle. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license. Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid). Ability to work independently in the field and manage route‑based assignments. Physical Demands / Working Environment Operate a company vehicle for extended periods, with travel between counties or service areas. Use ladders up to 32 feet within manufacturer weight capacity. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. Work in all types of weather conditions. Benefits Starting hourly pay $18-$22.
