Marketing Executive

DESCRIPTION

As the Marketing Executive for Chick-fil-A S. Clearview, my primary responsibility is to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and ultimately, increase sales through strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires a keen understanding of the Chick-fil-A brand, its core values, and the local market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Align the calendar with local events, holidays, and business objectives.
• Conduct monthly meetings with the Operator to review the marketing calendar and assess its effectiveness.
• Actively participate in all Leadership meetings to share marketing insights and seek input.
• Foster strong relationships with other top leaders to coordinate marketing efforts.
• Conceptualize and execute a variety of in-restaurant events, such as food sampling, giveaways, and community partnerships.
• Ensure events are well-organized, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
• Utilize event data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• Open Availability
• Proven experience in catering or restaurant operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
