Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve product and service-related questions with empathy and accuracy
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues using internal tools and resources
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service outcomes
• Collaborate across departments to ensure timely issue resolution

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Typing speed of 20+ WPM
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with Windows OS and general computer navigation
• Dependable, punctual, and organized
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• 1+ year experience in customer service, tech support, sales, or admin roles
• Previous experience in a contact center or government-related environment
