Our organization in Kearney, NE, is in search of a dedicated and skilled RN to become a part of their Labor & Delivery team. This facility features 10 spacious, private LDRP rooms and emphasizes the importance of keeping mothers and newborns together, creating a rewarding work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering comprehensive care to laboring mothers and their newborns, maintaining a 1:1 laboring ratio.
• Utilizing strong IV skills and experience with C-sections to support the healthcare team.
• Assisting in the NICU for feeders and growers as necessary.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including lactation counselors and maternity educators.
• Ensuring accurate documentation through the MediTech EMR system.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications (FHM preferred).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work every third weekend and one major and one minor holiday.
