The office is designed to be welcoming, equipped with the latest rehabilitation technology and resources that enhance patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for children and adults, gathering crucial data to inform treatment plans.Design, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's specific rehabilitation goals.Reassess clinical signs and symptoms periodically to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, utilizing our electronic health record system.Educate patients and their families about the recovery process, setting realistic expectations and addressing potential challenges during therapy.Achieve minimum utilization targets and contribute to broader business objectives through quality care delivery.Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care when clients are receiving services from multiple providers.Promote and embody the core values of Heal Motion Care, acting as a brand ambassador in every interaction with patients and colleagues.Patient Population / Client FocusThe Physical Therapist will work primarily with a diverse patient population that includes children and adults facing various health challenges. This role demands a flexible approach to treatment, as you will engage with clients from different backgrounds and cultures, tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs and preferences.QualificationsA Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program is required.Current, unrestricted licensure from the Board of Physical Therapy to practice in the state of California.Must possess the ability to conduct evaluations and provide treatments in-person and via telehealth, when clinically appropriate.A strong desire to work with a diverse array of patients across various age groups, ethnicities, and backgrounds.The ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, demonstrating flexibility in approach and treatment modalities.Strong collaboration skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.Preferred ExperienceExperience in treating pediatric and geriatric populations, along with familiarity with state-of-the-art rehabilitation techniques and technologies, is highly preferred. Participation in continuing education and professional development is encouraged as part of your growth within the organization.Compensation and BenefitsThe annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
