Business Analyst

Job TitleMinimum 5-6 years of experience working with retail or ecommerce customers (must have knowledge about retail search engine) as a business analyst or product analystKnowledge of Agile practices and strong story writing is mustExperience in writing, prioritizing and grooming User stories is mustStrong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and requirements gatheringExperience working with JIRA, confluence is must or similarExperience of writing story in Gherkin format is mustExperience on Analytics will be an additional advantageAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately captured and implementedExcellent end to end understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, Incremental Application DevelopmentWork closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and pain pointsConduct detailed requirements analysis, documenting functional and non-functional specificationsHelp train end-users and provide ongoing support during and after project deploymentShould be comfortable working in 8 am – 5 pm central time slotExcellent problem-solving skills with a focus on business process optimizationStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearlyAbility to collaborate effectively across functional teamsA proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
