Fuel Center Clerk

Assist customers and manage cash register. Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center. Recover stock, fill out incident and security reports, and maintain compliance documentation. Responsibilities - Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
- Pump gas
- Complete daily tour and inspection
- Fill out incident and security reports
- Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report
- Recover displays; maintain cleanliness of department
- Perform cashier functions
- Answer telephones
- Comply with corporate policies
- Comply with all safety guidelines and standards
- Promote and follow company initiatives
- Maintain knowledge of emergency plans numbers and procedures
- Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
- Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Qualifications
Minimum
- Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work without direct supervision
