Opportunity to work in a stable, innovative, family‑owned company that values your expertise What You'll Do: Fabricate parts by cutting, welding, and grooving according to prints Measure, cut, weld, groove, and assemble pumping stations using schematics, prints, and wiring diagrams Verify work and troubleshoot issues as they arise Report non‑conformances to leads or supervisors Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team Train and mentor others as needed Apply safe, high‑quality practices and systems Maintain an organized and clean work area Accurately record job time Assist with packaging systems for shipment Cross‑train in other manufacturing functions Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, hand use, and reaching Ability to lift 25+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day Regular use of power tools, hand tools, wires, and components Ability to communicate effectively with team members Requirements / Disclaimers Must be legally authorized to work in the US Must pass pre‑employment background check Valid US Driver's License with an acceptable driving record required PPS is a non‑smoking facility Schedule: Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. #J-18808-Ljbffr
