Through competitive wages, networking events, social and volunteer activities, professional development workshops, and housing support, we strive to deliver one of the best internship experiences—designed to develop and inspire the talent of tomorrow.Co-op will work in the wheel loader product development team supporting both current and new product projects.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate as a member of a cross-functional product development team in order to achieve objectives for assigned projectsSupport development of investments, timing plans, risk assessments, and mitigation plans for assigned projectsDesign and development test procedures to achieve product definition and technical requirementsFacilitates design review meetings, documents meeting minutes, and tracks actions to closure for assigned projectsParticipate in and support prototype builds and product launchesProvides technical support to explore and champion new technologiesRemains current on engineering and/or construction technological developments and evolving field practices through field experiencesExperience RequiredCandidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Agriculture/Biosystems Engineering Preferred QualificationsPay TransparencyThe annual salary for this role is USD $19.57 - $27.81 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location.
