Founding Software Engineer — AI Fleet Ops (On-site SF)

Hyperscale is seeking a Software Engineer (1-4 years) to own the technical side of enterprise deployments with a focus on enabling agentic AI workflows for major US trucking fleets. You will collaborate with founders, customers, and engineering to move solutions from demo to production. You will lead technical discovery, design tailored demos, and play a key role in on-site pilots and ROI modeling, with travel ~10%.
