Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking someone with 2–3 years of experience supporting manufacturing ERP environments, preferably Epicor ERP.
• We need a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• We value practical experience with ERP development tools and languages such as C#, SQL, BAQ, BPM, and SSRS.
• We expect proficiency in software development, systems analysis, and core IT principles.
• We require hands-on knowledge of the .NET Framework, including C# or Visual Basic.
• We look for experience with bi-directional integrations, APIs, data migration, and automation.
• We need strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Azure DevOps, Git, Jira, Power BI, Epicor ERP, and SSMS.
• We want strong problem-solving, organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.
• We require clear verbal and written communication skills.
• We need the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving, multi-project environment.
• Preferred qualifications include Epicor Kinetic customization experience, A&D compliance awareness, SaaS Gov cloud architecture exposure, Agile familiarity, DevOps/version control experience, AI agent development exposure, and ERP-related certifications or training.

• We design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions integrated with our ERP platform.
• We customize and optimize ERP components to improve workflows, user experience, consistency, and scalability.
• We establish and maintain coding standards, architectural documentation, and technical specifications.
• We partner with stakeholders to analyze requirements, review workflows, and translate needs into technical solutions.
• We build and support custom reports, dashboards, and system interfaces using ERP tools and third-party applications.
• We perform unit testing, troubleshoot defects, and validate system functionality.
• We participate in code reviews and promote development best practices across ERP projects.
• We design and implement API integrations between ERP systems and other enterprise applications.
• We create user manuals, technical guides, and support documentation to aid adoption and troubleshooting.
• We track and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and team leads.
• We support ERP upgrades, patching, and performance tuning to improve reliability and speed.
• We stay current with ERP technologies, development frameworks, and industry trends.
